I find inversion very relaxing. In fact, I just like to close my eyes and meditate upside down. Its just takes all the fatigue away.
Sometimes I can go upto 15 minutes.
Amazing improvement in my IBS/constipation symtoms. I can eat a variety of foods now, and digest it all well.
I still do get bloating occasionally sometimes, but that means I slacked off with my yoga and inversion routine. But atleast now I know how to correct the problem...
How long did your room-mate invert? Like 30 mins? an hour? How was his overall health?
