Not sure ~ he would get up at 4 in the
morning to work out before his job.
He was an EMT so needed to be strong
and rain or shine, he did the same
thing every morning, missing a sunday
or so, which was rare. He did sets
although, I confess, I did not pay
much attention except to notice he
was very disciplined about it. His
health was excellent but I have never
known it not to be. He was a tall
slender guy who all the years I knew
him never had an extra ounce of
weight on him. He never used the
inversion table except for in the
morning. I think he used it more for
strength training, doing sit ups
hanging upside down.
