Re: i'm allergic to so many foods

I'm not to sure if clogged liver can be genetic but possibly down the road in your family history may have some liver complications but I do knw that drinking alcohol whether socially or heavily means the liver is getting toxins. That is why taurine can help

here is a list of skin foods from shelley's forum:

Super Foods & Skin Food
I recommend getting your vitamins, minerals, EFAs and other plant chemicals from the real source - whole foods. But this is not always good enough, or convenient enough, so here are some super-foods and concentrated foods to add to your diet assuming kinesiology says they are appropriate. At the very least you should avoid the "one a day" type vitamin pills. They just strain your liver and kidneys.
Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
A truly amazing oil. Burns clean, cleanses lymphs, increases immunity, reduces inflammation.
cod liver oil
for Vits A, D, EFAs.
kefir
vitamins, minerals, b vitamins, amino acids, Immunoglobin
Raw eggs
the very best multi-vitamin, multi-mineral. Everything but Vit C.
Wheat Germ Oil
Great source of E, B vits.
Foods rich in Magnesium help prevent allergies: almonds, cashews, sesame seed, lima beans.
Fish Oils
Omega 3 and 5 fatty acids
Oatstraw Tea
Great source of minerals.
Sea Salt
Trace minerals.
Liver
B12, iron.

Skin Food
A, E, C, B's, EFAs, zinc. So cod liver oil, wheat germ oil, avocado, almonds, nutritional yeast, Emergen-C, coconut oil, my Protein Shake.
