okay PROPORTEDLY if you elevate your speech, you will elevate your mind and elevate your thoughts
so for that reason it is better not to swear.

then again....
some people places and things are so wrong, it seems no word can elevate a thought about them or it, so just say UFF DA! and @#$%^&*(&^%$# !!! if it describes the situation better then an 'elevated' word.

sometimes you just have to get nitty gritty and call a rear end motherf---er
a rear end motherf---er.
no elevated words for that.
swear words can be used to clarify.
