So sorry to hear that. The ctds website had some interesting info on that, including the popping. They blame alot on lack of magnesium, which makes sense for alot of my ctds issues.

It seems magnesium and hyalurinic acid really lubricates those joints. HA is about $25 for 60 pills, so it's not real cheap. However it helped alot! The author also recommends getting HA (cheaply) from the chicken/beef stock made of bones and joints, where HA is located.

I may be mistaken, but I thought I remembered that you have heavy menstrual flow and cramps? So did I, and the Dr thought it might have been magnesium ( and now I'm thinking - HA, too) deficiency. Can't test it now, cause I no longer have periods..Thank God! But perhaps the knpowledge might help somepne else's suffering.
