Re: Estrogen Dominance--Need reasurrance

Val, #1 thing to understand here is that I ADORE Luella May and have the utmost respect for her!  I'm just more of a naturalist than she is.  I believe that ALL dis-ease is simply the symptoms of acidosis and that when you clear that up, the body takes care of itself.

If you go back and read my "R" post here over the last 2 yrs, you will find that I have gotten my own body from a total lack of digestion, early stage of kidney failure to a functioning body.  What I term fibromyalgia included severe sinus problem; achy joints and muscles; nightmare menses that led to sugical D&C, chemical D&C (progestrone) that led to hemmorhaging; achy breasts (finally diagnosed with FCBD); all kinds of cysts problems, from one in my left breast the size of my fist; cystic ovaries (back then nobody said PCOD), sebacious cyst all over my body; to boils that my dr's had no rhyme of reason for, they came with my menses.  Does this remind you of what you have read and call estrogen dominance probems???

Which of these do I "suffer" with today?  NONE OF THEM!  I found a way to help my body help itself and can introduce you to folks here at curezone that have used my plan to get on a journey back to health.

 DO NO HARM, you stop doing what causes the problems.

Give your body GOOD building blocks of nutrition.  Yes'm, I can teach you what's causing the IBS and how to eat to get around this problem so that your body will tolerate nutrition.

Cleanse out the accumulated acid ash of a lifetime of wrongful eating.

Get 20 mins sunshine on as much of your body as possible EVERYday for your vitamin D.

Get 20 mins of GENTLE exercise each day, like taking a walk!

Supplementing distressed systems with foods and herbs while you get them detoxed and rebuilding.
