carefull of the fruits because they may trigger an insulin response! especially oranges,bannanas,grapefruits,watermelons etc.
if i were to snack,i'd eat something like raw veggies or something light like that,the thing about the WD is that it maximizes insulin and other hormomes to work synergisticly as a whole and after fasting all day the body optimizes those levels..by snacking on some fruit you mess up the bi-rythem of the hormone levels..you might actually create a big spike in insulin from that snack alone,a big mistake i'd used to do in my early days.
you're 5'5 and 147 and want to go down to 120ish? wow, that's pretty slim- unless you are thick and have curves then i might understand where you are coming from..
best to tone up and have curves still then be a lanky lady!
