you could it you wanted to and if you digests them all without indigestion.
for me personaly i had to limit my veggies and salads in the beggining of the meal, have alot of protein and very very very minimal if any carbs at the end.
It all depends on how you digest certain foods as well, me personaly i CANNOT digest any carbs..i don't know why but it lumps up inside of me,draws all the water out of the stools and hardens like a rock! veggies and proteins works best,but even now i am limiting them for a while.I am back to eating alot of rare meats/high again, so far soo good..
