i think mirena has caused me to have some attention problems so i just scanned what you wrote , maybe i will read it all later. anyway #3 i use to have something like that it was basically a few days after sex, i just thought it was a reaction to the sperm or something.

a very good way to stay clean and odor free is to buy a shower on the hose and know how to use it. i have one that has a hard stream of water so ever time i shower i use it down there to make sure the lips atleast a inch of the inside of the vagina is cleaned i dont douche. when you get out the shower blow dry everything you will feel better.

i remember an unbearable inch when i stopped using the shower hose, i fixed it with a few drops of antibacteral dish soap, i know it sounds crazy but i dont like to suffer long.

i discovered that when it burns to pee because of scratching its safer to pour water down there while you pee. you would think cold water but NO warm or hot water makes the pee feel cold which is better. i had to learn the hard way, cold water makes the pee feel like hot acid.
