Thanks Sadie, you get where I'm coming from. I usually do low carb and am definitely a carnivore. What I'm worried about is that after such a low calorie regime on the Master-Cleanse I am afraid of rebounding, binging, etc. I'd be curious to hear if this restricted diet of Master-Cleanse has ever pushed "eating disorder buttons" in some. I know that overall, it SHOULD help detox addictions/cravings physically, and I will be working on teh emotional aspects of it. I think my plan is to very gradually increase my calories and watch where it levels out. Metabolisms are pretty delicate things, I've found!
