My cousin is raising her son as a vegan, with lots of raw food.

Do you try to educate your children, in a fun way, as to why the different foods are healthy for them? Also, do they help you prepare their meals? Apparently children are more willing to eat things that they helped make. Then when you are shopping, you can try to get them to "help" you by selecting the items that you want to buy, or asking them to figure out which items are healthier (which will make them stronger/faster/smarter, etc).

I don't have children, so I don't know, that was just in an article I read.

Anyway, keep up the great work! Good health is a gift but a lot of people don't appreciate it until it's gone! Tweet
