a story on my Detox situation...

YES, by fasting for 20-22 hours EVERYSINGLE DAY it does have it's intial detox phase..depending on how clean your system is to begin with,determines the severity...
just be glad you didn't have to go through what i went through..i had been using high calorie weight gainers,whey protein,creatine,glutamine,androstendione,androstendiol,nor-androstendial,nor-androstendione,maxterone,boldierone,kava kava,st.johns wort,gallons of whole milk a day and working out five days a week at two hours each session...my body was soo intoxicated from everything that i took that i was begining to get ill...i had to detox,and boy did i ever!!!! i went from 180ish pure muscle to about 145 lean and mean,thought i retained alot of the power- i lost nearly all of my muscle mass.
i also lost the headaches,the insomnia,the depression,the congestion,the mood swings,the aggression, the aggitation, the acne,the sore joints,the severe constipation,the mania..you name it, i been through it all!
but the detox was horrible! i was soooooooooooooo ill for about a year on the warrior diet and i was starving sooooooooo badly...had cravings,aches,pains..my liver and gallbladder were passing stones and i didn't even realize it..i was sooo ill for soo long.My detox was simply horrible..i detoxed even harder when i went 90% raw with rare/raw meats and veggies exclusivly for about a year.
yes,the skin becomes incredbly clear after the detox and sometimes during, at one point my skin was soooo radiant and smooth! i was glowing!
