That is great that you found your root trigger for AF episodes... Unfortunately for many AFIbbers there are a vast array of triggers. For me there are certainly triggers such as over doing it on caffeine, alcohol or junk food. Also stress has triggered severe episodes for me... But alas, MOST of the time it just happens and I have been (as have the medical 'experts') unable to find any specific triggers what-so-ever for my numerous 'standard' episodes that I have. The best thing for me has been a total lifestyle change and complete attitude change. I accept the AF and do not fear it. BUT I do enjoy a couple coffees's now and again or a big glass of regular coke... and I do sometimes pay the price !!! BUT it is worth it sometimes I suppose...
