Re: ? on adrenal burnout - depression
There's many different factors surounding adrenal burnout and its relationship to depression.
Adrenal burnout is NOT depression nor does it lead to depression. Adrenal burnout respondes to Vitamin B1. It takes about three months to rebuild the Adrenals. Three months on SP's Cataplex B.
The depression is cause by many things. Detox IS withdrawl. As the drugs come out of the cells, while they are in the blood, before the liver can eliminate them, you can get some nasty symptoms. Here's why:
When the poisons went in they weren't strong enough to kill you but the body had to do something with the ones it couldn't process out fast enough. It stores the poisons in the intersticial spaces and lymph nodes and fat cells. They go in rather diluted but after a few years the poisons get rather concentrated in those cells and spaces and when the body starts purging those poisons, because the liver is now decongested, the poisons are a lot more concentrated than they were going in. That's a problem AND the reason detox lasts as long as it does. If all those poisons were to dump at once it would kill you. Thus all the various symptoms of detox, which depression can be one of, but not very often. Night sweats, fatigue, nausea, headaches, anxiety, worry, fear, etc.
It's been my experience that the depression starts when the poisons are gone and the healing starts. I think it's connected to anger in some capacity. Whether you admit it or not you see your predicament as your fault. How could you be so dumb to allow that to be done to you?
As you get physically healthier you get mentally healthier and you get emotionally healthier. If you won't allow your body to be poisoned anymore you subconsciously won't allow the mental to be manipulated or the emotions to be used.
Plus oftentimes the people that suround a "terminal" person wants them to be sick. And when you get healthy enough to see that, it's a problem, a real big problem. Which is depressing in and of itself. It's not comprehendable to you. How can anyone want someone they say they love to be sick, to be crippled in life? That fact is not resolvable. Thus depression sets in.
There are many, many people that count on you being sick, that make their living on you being sick, that literally want you to be sick so you can't see what they are doing to you. That, ladies and gentlemen is insanity at its finest and it can't square with a sane person. You don't know what to do with that when you see it, when you experience it, when you are successful at overcoming their attempts to "terminate" you. There it sits right in the middle of your life. A non-resolvable fact. The depression sets in.
What to do about it??? Well, finally you have to admit to yourself that there are evil people in the world. You DO have an enemy or two. Even people that you think love you and are close to you sometimes have hidden agendas. As you get healthier you can see those things and you don't want to see those things. But there they are.
Now YOU have to do something about it and you don't necessarily want to, or can afford to financially. Should I? Shouldn't I? Push-pull, confusion reigns. You check out - depression checks in. Very legitimate by the way. Don't feel bad because you are caught in this trap. The world is indeed run by some very insane people. What you find is YOU are their enemy. Yeah you, the nice guy that you are, that wouldn't harm a flea, that has spent your days loving and helping folks - are hated. They want your demise. And you thought God was running the show and surely God wouldn't be so mean to someone as nice as you. Surprise!!!
Depression sets in. YOU have to get brutally honest with yourself and the world. Not an easy task...
At this time in history the world is NOT a nice place to be living in. There's no "further west" to go to. No escape from the insanity. It's confrontation time. And they do indeed know that and now - so do you. Part of the reason you got sick in the first palce was you could sense the insanity. Now that you are getting healthy you are getting the ability to actually see it. For sure you've been a victim of it and you chose not to let it kill you. This is your reward. You get to fight the evil empire. Fun, isn't it? The depression comes because there IS no other choice. We are out of options. Are the lies going to continue or is the truth going to manifest?
Anyway, Adrenal burnout doesn't take a long time to correct. About three months on SP's cataplex B. Adrenal burn out can have some depression attached to it but it's usually just a bone crushing exhaustion. Can't do a thing, not even be depressed.
Carry on.
