Impossible to say if it is affecting candida or not in such a short time. My immune system is much better since doing the raw fruit diet so cannot say if Iodine is helping that. I feel great, no pains. Like anything this takes trial and error. Like I said I believe we have to cure the immune system, my big thing is epstein barr and suspect I have Multiple sclerosis so main reason for the trials. Candida in tact pretty much so.
