Going back to work after 4 days off... I actually had enough energy to do things the last 4 days that I have been too exhausted to do in a while... Like work on my genealogy...
Nite shift takes it toll on you.. You are upside down so much of the time it seems normal to you...
I've incorporated a few healthy things to do for myself and I seem less tired the past couple of months... This includes Water and Sea Salt , juicing fruits and veggies, Oil Swishing, Kombucha Tea, Kefir, Rebounder, moreless alkaline drink
I'v also taken a new approach on the operator that goes off on me everytime I mention he makes a mistake... (he screams at me) I put the tool down to manufacutring not maintenance and calling it "operator cleared alarm" I have become muchmore even tempered....
