I read your entire post, and you haven't said ANYTHING that I haven't learned this past year.

The movement for sciatica I knew about (but OH the pain! - hey, I worked for a chiropractor for YEARS)

And that crossing of the legs thing is something I knew about but am making a constant effort to UNDO.
