Maybe you could write a new message titled "Type 1 diabetes" that way I'm sure anyone with any experience on the topic could assist. It would also be good to get Moreless' advice on molasses and diabetes if you haven't found what he recommends already. Or you could address the post to Sans Sucre who I am sure would be happy to give you her take on it. As I remember Moreless says the molasses should be helpful if you start out very slowly. Small amounts of the drink at several times a day, drunk slowly rather than the full measures and work up to it. BUT I am not certain and don't want to recommend anything that could be dangerous. I know that people are generally wary of the molasses when type 1 is involved and I think Sans Sucre doesn't include the molasses for this reason.
Oh yeah I almost forgot I had terrible anxiety that kept me awake most nights and when I did sleep I slept all day and could never get enough. You can add depression and general negativity to that list. Now all gone thanks to Moreless. I have candida and am still getting rid of a lot of acids so haven't conquered that one yet. But now I know I'm going to get there.
