Re: Question for Invincible
Thank you for your reply!
Yes, I have looked at the posts regarding type 1 diabetes and found them all very informative. A little confusing though because when I read them I didn't quite understand what I was supposed to do exactly about raising my ph and healing weak adrenals. Maybe you could help me with that a little more.
I was wondering if anyone healed their diabetes using Moreless's alkalising program?
I was taking a powdered green drink made form kamut grass, grown in mineral rich soil, but I felt worse(fatigued, depressed) taking it then I did before. It also didn't change my ph. Later after using kinesiology testing I found that I tested weak when holding this product, which made sense.
The website sounds great! Can't wait to read it!
I remeber that I was feeling well when I was taking epsom salt baths every night so I'm starting that up again. I am also going to start taking the drink soon but I'll wait until my sleeping is a little more stable before tring something new.
My energy is much, much better than it ever has but I still suffer from chronic fatigue and sleep deprivation if I don't get enough sleep.
I live in San Diego, CA. So there's lot of sunshine to get! Although I strangely have never been the type of person who likes a lot of son. But it does make sense since I'm very light skinned. Sunny is not the kind of weather my body is made for! LOL!
I don't really have a regular exersice routine, because every time I've tried I ended up stopping because I was too tired, either from sleep deprivation or fatigue. But I do try and walk as much as I can. And I think I'm feeling good enough to be more active. I used to be a dancer(ballet, not a professional, just my favorite hobby)but I stopped after I got sick a few years ago. But I really want to get back into it and am doing all I can to gain enough stength so that I can.
But things are going really well and I'm counting my blessings. I'm starting to pay more attention to my ph and have pretty much found which foods and meals I feel best with.
Thanks for the info! I really appreciate it. I'll be looking out for that website as well as checking your blog for updates.
Love, Mary
