My case personally, (oh, no, here we go..) No weight gain problem, I lost weight so far with iodine, right where the fat part of the legs is. Very cool.
Iron, and Liquid B's I take, and then seleniuim, more C throughout the day, Milk thistle, then the multis I have happen to be 3 a day. That doesn't include flax or coconut oil, or fish oil for EFAs. Along with the occasional parasite cleanse, it seems like a lot of pills.
So, Trapper, is the moral of the story to hold off on all the excess supplements, just stick with Iodine and selenium and go from there?
