Re: an army of pills?

unless you are addressing a specific problem, basically yes. what i recommend is prepping for Iodine supplementation by doing the C and B's as a prophylaxis for avoiding those problems altogether. they dont hurt anything. i have no problem with what you are taking if you think you need it, and i can safely assume you do or you wouldnt be taking them. the food, like coconut oil, is a given. i have my favorite herb mix and oils, but that is my diet. they are just food. pills make them convenient. i get magnesium from the occasional Epsom Salt bath, boron from the clothes i wash in borax, potassium when i feel like i have taken too much salt, and vitamin C if my fruit intake hasnt been what i want. turmeric and other herbs for my yttrium. Iodine because of this polluted world. selenium because it is missing from my diet. thats it. its all just food except the Iodine and selenium.

the general rule is that less is more. most people need to stop ingesting stuff not taking in more. iodine and selenium and maybe magnesium are the exceptions. anything else would be something specific to address a problem not covered by these basics, along with hydration and oxygenation and good sleep and proper activity, etc. you rule out the basics first so you have a foundation to build on. those usually take care of the problem before something else is needed.

did i mention cayenne in my herbs as well? your milkthistle is a good one. any herb you think you might need is good for whole herb supplementation. its when people get into strong extracts and such that they cause the same problems as chemicals. a drop of oregano once in a while to keep the worms at bay. i take enough iodine to take care of most things.
