Hello rawrnr,
if you didn't need advice on liposuction, then you should't really have mentioned it in your post.
To do so, was an open invitation for forum members to comment on what most of us would see as an expensive, and unnecessary surgical procedure: the results of which can be achieved more successfully with a water-fast according to thirst.
I could think of better ways of spending my own money, but that is of course your own privilege to do so.
