Re: Magnesium Oil for Heart Palpitations
I previously purchased magnesium oil from a couple different sites and also magnesium "flakes" for the bath. It can get pretty expensive. I have learned that magnesium oil is made from mixing "Nigari" (used to make tofu) and distilled water. Do a search online for nigari / magnesium oil. It comes in flakes/crystals. I am to the point where I think the companies who sell the magnesium flakes are just reselling the nigari at a MUCH higher price. I just put the nigari directly into my bath water, and it dissolves. It seems to work just as well. When I am finished with the container of magnesium oil that I had purchased, I plan to try to make my own.
From everything I've read, it is great for the body to receive the magnesium through the skin. I put it into my water and also put the magnesium oil on my head and scalp and leave it on for anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour while I read in the tub before washing my hair.
My cholesterol has gone down a lot since the last time I had it checked several years ago. I have to admit, I eat much worse than I used to, so it has to be from either the magnesium in my bath,
parasite cleansers, or a few other items I have used over time to remove toxins. I will continue to use the nigari. It has also helped me sleep better, and I now have less migraines.
I can't help you about the vitamin D, but I do highly recommend the Nigari. I live in the US, but I'm sure they would probably ship to you --- I purchased Nigari from this site, and only paid about $20 (US dollars) INCLUDING shipping for 10
pounds of it. I had previously purchased the magnesium bath flakes from a company in a container and paid about $120. The $20 worth of Nigari fills about 1-1/2 of the containers. Much better deal!!!
