Thanks for your input. I don't think I'll ever be able to give up my vino completely. What antifungals do you take? I really believe the HW helped with the candida, which is why I'd like to begin round two. It seems that r4000 is saying there may be something wrong with having diarrhea to this extent. And here I was all happy that I thought ridding myself of some toxic waste was a good thing. I guess too much of anything is not good. But like you said, after years of constipation, it is a nice change. I guess I'll have to address it, though.
