Re: Uric Acid

Hi,

I'm taking in most all my pee now - have been for less than a week.

Is it long term large amounts that cause kidney stones, gout, etc? I'd like to use intense UT to improve Hepatitis C and a long standing GI tract bacterial imbalance. I want to get into urine / water fasting, maybe one day a week, maybe more. I might do UT fast for a few days at some point. They say it can be extremely healing, as you probably know. After I get these conditions under control maybe I ought to go to a maintenance dose and eat what diet balances my pH. I have a hunch that will be much less protein than the 4 ounces of meat I was eating with each meal.

I now seem to be able to sleep on my left side without pain in my shoulder. It seems that, even though I've eaten all vegan foods for 3 days, my muscles are actually stronger, which I think is because of improved protein metabolism. I've had poor muscle tone for 15-20 years and my muscles are also flimsy and punky. Already they seem to be firming up. It's amazing, and I was eating 4 ounces of animal proteins with each meal for years. Now I live on organic beans, millet, and vegetable soups, and I plan to possibly keep this diet up. Now I seem to have the choice to eat this way, and possibly do the planet some good and spare animals.

Joe
