Thanks mpdela for all your support. You are right, I need an action plan. I will start to keep a journal of what's happening to my while I'm trying these remedies. Trial and error.
I smoked (herbs) and had a drink this this weekend and by monday, my smell was really loud. I wish I knew what I smelled like. Its hard not to smoke or drink because the Depression kinda pushes you in that direction. So this week is pretty much a bust. Drinking isn't really my thing, so I will put that down. But... The herbs are all natural, and it really helps with the depression.
I will not be drinking anymore. I will continue using the products that I'm already using, plus the liver cleanse. What do you think about this as a starter??
