Re: Will Adaptive Yoga Classes help improve balance?

I was having balance problems myself. I fainted on kitchen floor 6 months ago right in front of my 4 year old. I completely blacked out( check my post at chiropratic forum).

A chiropractor fixed me. It was expensive but worth it. Chiropractic has a good record of fixing "vertigo" issues..Because vertigo is also caused by subluxation.

YOGA and INVERSION therapy are very much connected...There are whole bunch of inversion poses in yoga. Inversion helps in aligning the spine naturally by the effect of gravity. Helps in increasing the disk space.

Although chiropractic worked for me, its super expensive. I would suggest inversions and yoga as self help in alighning the spine.
