I think you have done tremedously well, it can't be easy bringing up two kids on your own. And you will give them a legacy of fasting and eating healthily, not an easy task in this world.
As for my relative.
I might send her an email, trying to explain and give her some links, so she can make up her own mind about it. What an incentive, if she knew she could get rid of stretchmarks and loose skin.
I think that must be so depressing for a lot of people, when they have put in all that hard work to lose the weight, and then they have the problem of skin, stretchmarks etc.
I was reading about a guy who got rid of spiderveins on his feet, years of heavy labour, by taking Applecider vinegar, which proves they can be eradicated. I just wondered if fasting would get rid of them. I seem to have them now, an age thing maybe, standing on feet to much etc.
