(warning, gross pics) Please, help again identifying these guys

Hello again,

Well, after the liver flukes shock as you might remember, I was almost immunised to get caught by surprise if seeing strange things coming out in my outputs and starting to get mentalized this is normal, everybody can have it bla bla ...almost! I was again mentally challenged when I saw this coming out from me, luckily Ihave recovered from this 2nd shock, so now I have the courage to post these pics.

I have gone through my 1st round of anti-parasites + Bowel cleanse + Master Cleanse. To finish, I did some enemas to regain bowel movement. One of this enemas, a lukewarm kefir enema produce the "output" I am posting in the pictures. BTW, it is months I havent eaten spagetti, so I can positively discard this as an "input" producing this "output".

I had the impression it was candida (or maybe I should say I preferred to have that impression), but at the candida forum I have been adviced it seems to be more of parasite nature. But, what could possibly be? I am not sure it was all 1 critter, but I remember for sure some of the bits broke from possibly 1 or 2 long threads. I have checked some pics, and although they could be tapeworm, I belive tapeworm is formed by segments, while than these guys seem to have not at all segments, so I am a bit puzzled. Also, what could the black areas be and the green egg shaped things nearby the dark areas?

BTW, the dimensions of the lid of the jar showing the "models" in the picture are diametre 3.7cm , height 1.1cm
