As is obvious, we can stand to improve our nutrition. One of many lifestyle changes we exercise. Thankfully this child welcomes whole foods.
I will pursue the ACV baths and spray and kelp, and maintaining a more alkaline diet for the family!
Incidentally, she has been going mad for cucumbers this summer. We prepare them with lemon and a salt/chile spice mixture. My older daughter loves them too but this child could eat two meals a day of it! Do you see this related to satisfying a particular mineral deficiency? (Cucumbers are high in sodium?) or it may be more because of the change in season to summer?
