Are you supplementing with B Vitamins, and B12? (you must use both - and the B12 should be Methylcobalamin sublingual)

If you are not, these may help you - also taking good Omega oils.

Supplementing these may assist in getting you some clarity of mind.

What happens with B12 is that if you don't have the right bacteria to convert it the body cannot absorb it, if you do not have enough intrinsic factor in your stomach your body cannot process it.

I took a supplement: Chloroxygen - I think it may help you. It is essentially chlorophyll "supercharged" with oxygen. You can find it at whole foods market, or on the internet. It is great for your adrenals too, which may also be something you should look into. I think you will also see a difference from that.

Cayenne pepper: it supercharges your circulation - thus delivering oxygen to your whole body. It is like rocket fuel for your system. It also powerblasts your gut. Excellent way to improve nutrient absorption.

I cannot say enough about lemon juice, water and celtic Sea Salt .
Please search CZ and read on that.

Also: probiotics (restore your healthy bacteria, without it food is not absorbed properly)

Last, I might mention Modifilan - I took for 3 months and it kicked my hypothyroid goodbye. It is brown seaweed, contains nice healthy amounts of Iodine and minerals that really helped me feel 100% better. I don't take it anymore - but would again in a second.

Those are the things I'd say to look into for for a first attack, then really go though Curezone and read old posts and new ones. There is so much to learn in these posts and so much good energy and great people - you will learn, absorb, 'osmotize', and get healthier in the process.
