Re: cravings

Hi Givati,

Yes, "IF" people would learn to listen to their bodys telling them of needs for better foods and to stop eating Junk foods, many people would be better off!

I had a man to tell me who I had given some Collard Greens to which I had raised, that his kids didn't like to eat Collard greens, but when he took these home for his wife to fix for him the next nite after work, he told me that his wife had fixed them before he got home and they smelled so good, not like any other she had ever cooked, and that the kids could smell the Goodness in them and that his kids started eating them and when he got home the kids had eaten them all up, not leaving him any!

The kids could smell what was good for them, and so they ate this good food, whereas when the collards were raised by the normal commercial methods with lots of Potassium Nitrate, the kids could smell this Badness in them and did not want to eat any of the commercial grown Collards!

This is what a lot of the problem is today, that most of the foods grown Commercially are not fit to eat and our children can smell the difference!

But as people eat these Junk foods , then over the years our sense of smell does not work good anymore and it may be hard to tell what is good or Bad, and most people end up eating Junk foods which have no food value to them and they are caught in an endless cycle of Decay and Depression!

Smile Tis your choice.
