I finally settled on Hain cold pressed walnut oil, virtually flavorless, for flushes. I also use fresh OJ with the juice of 2 limes or a lemon... this way I don't spoil the flavor of my favorite oils, like coconut, since nausea (sometimes extreme) is associated with my best flushes.
Sesame sounds good, too!
I don't use the epsom, either. I drink bunches of green apple juice for a few days prior to, and the day of the flush with great results.
