I bit the bullet and decided to start the isotret treatment, I know it's not the best idea in the world, but I reached my breaking point having a face and neck full of inflamed cystic lesions, couldn't take it anymore.

I know the effects of the isotret may be short lived, but who knows maybe this time.

I'll keep you all posted, so far it's been 3 days - no new cysts but no improvement on current cysts, using fucidin h to help the inflammation and possible infection.
