I'm back and my Acne is worse, to be honest I'm feeling really low and can't bear this anymore.

I feel so self concious based on this, the cysts are allover my neck and bright red against my pale skin, they're sore too.

The accutane I was prescribed is staring at me from my desk and right now I feel like it's the last resort, I don't want to face scarring caused by this recent outbreak :(
