What is the name of the bacteria in your gut?

I'm not trying to give anyone a guilt trip; just wish somebody had told me about Antibiotics before I took them in vain for years and years and years! Unbeknownst to me, they were making my Acne worse and worse, requiring more and more Antibiotics and becoming a vicious cycle. Like I said, we all have to make up our own minds, but hopefully with full knowledge of the possibilities.

It happened to me and the board is about sharing experiences.

I'm happy your skin is clear now, but beware the future effects. Antibiotics DO affect bacteria; we already know that. The question is what else does it do? Does it eventually make the problem worse?
