Great post lenicka. A long time ago I learned on the forums, that everybody is different and what works for one might not work for you.
Since the liver does not like cold, I eat and drink everything at room temperature.
After 4 years I found out that I shoud not eat too much fruit and grains because I could not get my cholesterol down. Cut out the grains, have 1-2 fruits a day and added back grassfed and finished meat and the cholesterol came down.
It is important that everyone keeps researching and find out what their body needs.
For me UT helps mentally.
