I am still pretty sure it's hormonal. I was losing hair when I started taking lots of different supplements including iodine. I tried taking just about everything. Then eventually tried cutting out all supplements. Still didn't make any difference.

The only time my hair stops falling out is when I address the estrogen dominance. So working on that now. I also believe that it is responsible for the weight gain, as I am not eating all that much at all.

As for the inversion. Today I noticed that I had near perfect range of motion in my neck, something that I have not seen since I was a child.
