My husband did try it once, but I think he went backwards too fast and it scared him a little. I know it would help him a lot cause he has a lot of tension in he back and shoulders.

As for my tension in my own neck, back and shoulders, it is much improved. I notice that I have improved range of movement and my normally rock hard shoulders muscles are much more supple.

I haven't noticed any weight loss. I think my stomach muscles are improving though, as I do a sort of upside crunch whilst inverting, and I can notice my core muscles getting stronger.

My hair is growing faster, but not any thicker. I am still experiencing hair loss and weight gain that I believe is hormone related (estrogen dominance).

But I love the relaxation I get from inverting. There is nothing like coming home from a tough day at the office and swinging your troubles away.
