please, build it within walking distance.

i had a cracker of an idea back in alaska. it was for the state to take its royalty oil and have it refined right there in alaska and letting that subsidize fuel. with basically free energy, massive manufacturing would come to alaska. it would produce more economic growth than they could handle, growth that they could tax. it would keep wages up and stimulate new business. alaska has pissed away so much money its not funny. i have no idea what they are doing with their windfall now, but those who live there say it is being kept quiet. thats what they get for having their capitol inaccessible to 90% of the population. the people there are probably being robbed blind as we speak.
