I'm laying off the Iodine and salt for a while. Obviously the response was way above what is wise to invoke. Once I get free of this latest reaction I'll perhaps pulse very much lower doses of the Iodine because I seem to need it. I have large, bi-lateral, ovarian cysts and lymphedema as part of my condition and I was hoping the Iodine would help resolve both in time. And maybe a lot of other things too. The Miracle-Mineral-Supplement might do so alone but I think taking iodine makes sense too if I can find a dose and regime that doesn't overwhelm me.
