ATTENTION-

1-Do not take Bolivian-Himalayan salt- it is a SCAM..These contait around at least 40 times the amount of Fluoride that you will find in a spring bottled water ;so taign these salts is like getting a dose of 200-300 ppm of Fluoride..It also attacks your teeth enamel,gums,etc..

In fact the pure Himalayan salt-no hidden mines etc..is the same salt they USE on ROADS in PAKISTAN in the Winter.

Now Celtic salt-the grey where all the minerals are in it- avoid it too(it is contaminated) as in Portugal they consider this salt UNFIT for human consumption.

In fact Celtic white salt-they do not produce enough so they simply import it from ..Portugal and put on the bags their name while doubling its price !

2-Lugol-iodoral- forget about it as it is derived from KI,not from sea algae (kelp etc..)Have used Lugol 5% for 2 yrs with mitigated results..

I have just ordered 2 bottles from them-- go to eBAy-their prices are cheaper there..They are the originals- made the formulas etc..have a lab etc..not just resellers..

It is not 1% as per Cayceconcepts ,Karma Klense etc as that company has changed their formulation to cut corners(?) and Globallight is buyign thes eproducts from them
