Re: Lecithin Advice from the Initiated? Also - salt.

I don't know about Dr. Sutter, but "healing out of a bottle" (ESPECIALLY anything from soy) does not mesh with my healing protocols or knowledge.

When the body is put back to it's normal state (via cleansing & proper diet) virtually all need for supplements fly right out the window. Generally speaking, supplements do not "heal" or put the body back to it's normal state, rather they simply 'band aid' a symptom (the same way pharmaceuticals do...only they're not as toxic). OR are they as 'toxic'???

If the body is screaming out for help via a symptom, and we take a supplement that covers up the real reason the symptom presented itself (and doesn't correct that), we're doing the same thing as Big Pharma. AND if the supplement is made from GMO soy??? We're doing damage.

Of course in the case of things like scurvy (caused by a lack of Vitamin C), then supplements have a purpose (I'd still prefer food, because the body utilizes food-sourced nutrients FAR more effectively, and the risk of overdoing it and throwing something ELSE out of kilter is far less).

Since I don't know why you're using Phosphatidylserine-PS, I'm not sure what to suggest in it's place. If you're using it for 'brain' (i.e. forgetfulness, cognition, dementia, etc), I'd personally prefer a high-caliber ginkgo tincture along with a cayenne tincture (and anything to enhance blood/oxygen flow to the brain - as in hot/cold showers, slant boards and hot/cold water directly to the head). The best tinctures on the market? Dr. Schulze & Health Freedom Resources (they use Schulzes recipes and the same top-notch organic herbs). And of course, fish oil.

Fish oil and daily superfood are the only two daily supplements we utilize, as we feel we should be able to get those nutrients through our daily diet (and they're both 'food based'). But we can't eat enough (or any) fatty fish/seaweed (mercury/arsenic) and even the best of organic produce leaves one lacking in vital daily nutrients.

Again, as for me and mine, if there's ANY way to avoid soy, we choose that way. And it'd take a gun to my head to get me to ingest ANYthing GMO.

Blessings -
