I *definitely* agree with Dr. Sutter on this one...soy? SOYTAINLY NOT!
However, it is shown to be effective in some of the studies I read a while back. But when it comes to soy, if there's ANY way that'll work that's "non soy", I'll choose that.
ALSO (methinks VERY important!), unless a soy product is CERTIFIED organic, you can be assured it's GMO (GMO soy has been shown to affect both the size & function of the LIVER AND KIDNEYS in rats). It's tough to find non-gmo certified organic lecithin (or it was for me last time I checked). And not to "dis" MH, but when I checked with him (maybe a year+ ago, he did not know if the lecithin he was selling was certified organic or not). Of course, that may well have changed...but if you do decide to 'go lecithin', PLEASE be sure it's certified organic.
This is one where organic certification counts for something!!
