Doc et al: Since the 'liquid' gunky lecithin has oil in it, I have to take it gingerly, right? (fat intolerance). Once i'm OK with it, can't I add it to smoothies and take a lot more than just at night with a spoon of olive oil? Many say the granular (de-oiled) lecithin is just junk? Do you agree? I've been putting it in my smoothies as I figure I can take any emulsifying help I can get a this point?
also Doc, between your book and posts I somehow got one message about putting sea salt in the water and then one on water without the salt. Did you change your mind? I really thought I needed the electrolytes and minerals, etc and here are the raw foodists calling salt poison. Of course they don't like processed oils either, even flax but I'm not eating one or two head of lettuce per day (yet?!) for my omega 3s!!!! Thank you again in advance. Getting my life back.... W.S.
