This is such a clear answer, it takes so much guesswork out of my daily routines.

I am taking the alkalizing drink - (waiting to the calcium hydroxide to arrive) and the rest you've explained so well, it is now not a grey area anymore.

I wonder how you feel each day with so much good energy being generated by your actions - you manage to create a "can do" attitude about taking care of our own well being.
