well, you don't really get quite enough acidophilus in yogurt. it is pasturized and everything. kombucha has more if you prefer a food, and that is a drink.

good luck with the dvd's. some people hurt themselves with those when they push too hard, so don't forget that yoga should always feel good- even when you are working hard. finding a good class is always a challenge too.

same with chiropractors. some are pretty rough, others not enough. i see one from palmer college and he is pretty good. it is a reputable school.

the yoga can invert you and do the job of a chiropractor. once your hamstrings loosen a little! that is really important BTW.

what type of colonics do you do? I want to try one. something gentle. I haven't had any luck finding an enema bag though. just the pre-filled fleet enemas.
