Re: bad sore throat and bronchitis!

Sorry you guys are feeling so miserable. I get sinus infections all the time, and when they are really bad and have turned into a true bacterial infection (white stuff on the tonsils) my throat feels like I have strep throat. It's miserable. I use apple cider vinegar. I drink a couple of tablespoons of the stuff several times a day. It really makes the throat feel lots better. My sinus drainage really gets into my lungs and gives me a miserable cough. It hurts to cough. I cut out all Sugar and grains to clear up my sinus infection. I take oregano oil in capsules and drops under the tongue. It really helps to clear out the lungs and the sinuses and also helps get rid of the throat infection. I also use the oregano drops in a pan of boiling water and breath it in. Really helps to open up the airways and get sinuses draining. I also take garlic capsules a couple of times a day. Vicks on the chest at night helps me to sleep better without as much coughing, also mustard plasters really help break up the mucus in the chest. Get as much rest as you can and drink lots of water. Takes a couple of days to get the throat all better. Good luck to you.
