Re: bad sore throat and bronchitis!

I'm pressed for time tonight but I've had something similar for 10 weeks!

I am still coughing some at night, with this awful mucus i have to spit out. And the quality of my voice is not as normal as it was, but most raspy noise is gone. I have done all you mentioned, including enemas, green drinks, hot cayenne laced lemonade, spraying my throat with hydrogen peroxide, those steam baths helped a lot.

Eventually i stumbled on barefoot herbalist forum and started the orange juice drinks. Buy fresh oranges and juice 8 a day. since i was eating little, i have lost weight during this time.

Good luck....hope yours snaps out sooner than mine. Even now, when i take a deep breath, there is a tickle in the throat and i start to cough. So exercise some for lung capacity. I think air quality is bad, and weak lungs are feeling the impact first. Tweet
