:) No- zapping doesn't hurt...and it really helps to ward off the die off symptoms when you are killing them with the herbals. The Ascaris (round worms) have been the toughest for me to get cleaned up- zapping definetly made the difference in getting ones that thought they were walled off from the herbals--it reminded me of the electric probe we used to put in the ground to make the earthworms surface. I'm positive I would never have gotten them with the herbals alone. I started killing them just from using a simple 9 volt battery/lead wires/alligator clips/copper pipes for handles- and doing my own tapping for the Hz- it really worked! The $10 zapper Parazapper recommends as being an effective one if you don't want to spend a bunch of money worked too- sounds too cheap to do any good, but it worked too. In fact..just a plain old 9 volt battery by itself- with a piece of wet paper towel on the finger of one hand- and another one on a finger on the other hand- hold one finger on one terminal, and tap the other terminal with the other finger--worked to kill round worms! I've known exactly where these things have been holed up at. I could definetly feel that they were being hit...no pain (!) but I've always been able to tell when I'm effectively killing something- even with the herbals- because of the feeling of that area "contracting"...and then seeing them first hand in the toilet the next morning.

The zapping also kills the viruses/bacterias that comes off the parasites as they are dieing- and definetly helps with die off symptoms. And as long as I procrastinated because of the money I thought I had to spend, I wish I hadn't of, because I know it would have been a plus from the beginning-- and didn't have to be expensive to start with.

Liver Flushing has definetly been a big part of the parasite clean-up, not only has my liver had the parasites holed up in it, plugging off bile ducts- but it also has the job of trying to work to filter out the toxins/ammonia the parasites put off--and as long as there's any liver congestion, the parasites are able to continue to hide in there. Moving stones out exposes them- and eggs. coffee enemas have been a big part of moving out the parasite debris and detoxing the liver.

It's been interesting seeing why my abdomen has looked like I was pregnant with twins again- knowing I wasn't- it has definelty been full of lots of stuff that's been moved out of there. I wouldn't have believed it had I not seen it all with my own eyes. No wonder all my medical tests were off- liver enzymes continually elevated- cholestrol, LDL high, C reactive protein high, fibrinogen (heart) high, creatnine (kidneys) low. Don't drink, don't smoke, don't take any drugs- including over the counter- had always been active.

It's not just about killing the parasites, I agree with all the above...it's about regaining health.
